Order Acceptance

Some situations that could result in a refused order include inventory limitations, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit department.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your purchase order is refused or cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

We do our best to process order within 24-hours after it is received. However, we do not guarantee this service. In peak seasons, it may take up to 72-hours to process your order. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday typically will ship the following Monday or the next business day if there is a holiday.

 

Pricing Information

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is mis-priced or is listed with incorrect product information, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for additional information or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Shipping

We ship all around the world via Standard  service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-19 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. We offer free shipping to all orders within European Union & UK. Rates for other locations can be easily calculated at Checkout, before you place your order.

At Raybike.com, we pride ourselves on our fast despatch and delivery times. We despatch 95% of order within 24hrs, and more than 85% of our European orders are received by our customers within 9 working days.
All parcels are insured, and fully trackable.

Outside Europe the delivery times are up to 14 working days.

Please note: The shipping fees do not include any potential customs/tax charges. Each country has it’s own laws in regards to import duties and Raybike.com accepts no responsibility for any such charges or fees incurred for such matters.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT IMPORT DUTY

If your order is being shipped to a country where local tax is applicable the relevant tax may be deducted by your local customs. This tax is outwith the control of Raybike OÜ and you should contact your local customs office to find out exactly how much you may have to pay. Please note that all credit card information provided at www.raybike.com is stored via a secured 3rd party provider in compliance with applicable regulations.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return your item within 45 days of receipt.
• To initiate a return you must contact our customer service department for a return authorization.
• Items must be returned in new and unused condition, include all parts and accessories and in original packaging.
• To ensure a full credit, returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip.

Credit will be issued to your original form of payment for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. In the event the item has been received damaged, defective out of the box or the incorrect item was shipped, shipping charges will be refunded.
Please note that Raybike.com reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.

 

Useful Product Lifecycle

Every Raybike has a useful product life cycle. The length of that useful product life cycle will vary with the maintenance and care received over its useful product life, and the type and amount of use the Raybike is subject to. The Raybike should be checked periodically for indicators of stress and any other indicators of potential problems. These are important safety checks and very important to help prevent accidents, bodily injury to the rider and shortened useful product life cycle of the vehicle.

Raybike OÜ warrants to the original owner of each new Raybike™  Cruiser  that the vehicle when new is free of defective materials and workmanship. This warranty shall expire 1 month from the date of the original purchase from Company or an authorized dealer or representative and is conditioned by the Useful Product Lifecycle.

This warranty is void if the Vehicle was not purchased new or not properly assembled.
